This is exclusively for our top level players available only to players that have personally invited by our Tennis Director and Coaching Team.

Players in these squads have developed an all court game where they are able to use confident ground strokes, volleys and serves to enhance an already confident all court game.

Players in the Elite Academy Invitation Squad are likely to competing for their school, club or in LTA tournaments.

Squad members know that working hard is one of the keys to become better tennis players. Players enjoy the buzz of hard work, purposeful training and improving their game.

Only our best players at LOVEtennis will be invited to this squad so well done if you have received an invitation!

Players will be responsible for practicing the following commitments at all times;

- to always give their very best
- to know hard work is essential to outstanding performance
- to respect all their squad members and the coaching team
- to understand that they are part of a team and that by working hard together, the whole team will improve together
- to commit to at least 2 LTA Tournaments/Match Plays per term
- to actively seek to improve their LTA Rating/Ranking every term
- commit to playing for our team if asked

Players and parents understand that places in these squads depend on following through on the above commitments and this will be reviewed constantly during the term.

The coaching team will ensure sessions are fun, stimulating and goal driven. The team will make sure all players are giving their best at all times.

MAKE-UP LESSON POLICY:

Should you not be able to make a lesson we will try our very best to offer make-up lessons.

Make-up classes are subject to availability. We will try to offer a make-up sessions although this is not guaranteed.

Make-up classes must be requested via email to info@love-tennis.co.uk at least a few days in advance, so that we can check if this would be possible.

A maximum of two make-up classes can be given per term, provided that we space and cannot be transferred to the next term or swopped for a camp session.

Should regular or replacement session not be attended for whatever reason, unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

In case of adverse weather/facility issues, we will cancel the session no later than 15 minutes before the lesson and players will be notified via email.

In these circumstances we will offer make up lessons.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Players should assess court conditions for themselves before playing and should not play if they feel there is a danger of slipping due to weather conditions or any other perceived hazard.

Please kindly make sure that you are booking into the correct class as it may not be possible to offer credits, refunds or changes after your booking has been made.

It your responsibility to check that you have been enrolled for the correct course, and that you are aware of the correct timings of this class.

Non-attendance of a session or course will not be given a refund or credit on courses.
